Delete Account & Data

In-app deletion

The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the app:

1. Open AutismDock and sign in.
2. Go to Profile (bottom navigation).
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm the action.

Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Request by email

If you can't access the app, send a request from the email associated with your account. You can choose between two options:

• Delete specific data only (keep account active) — use the subject line: "Partial Data Deletion Request" and specify what you want removed (e.g. children profiles, mood logs, forum posts, uploaded files).
• Delete account and all data — use the subject line: "Account and Data Deletion Request".

We will confirm receipt and complete your request within 30 days.

Delete data without deleting your account

Yes — you can request deletion of specific data while keeping your account active. From inside the app you can delete individual items at any time:

• Children profiles → Profile → Children
• Routines, schedules, mood and sensory logs → each section has a delete option
• AAC boards, custom pictograms, social stories → edit/delete from each tool
• Forum posts and comments → delete from your post
• Uploaded files and avatar → Profile → Edit

For bulk partial deletions, use the email request above with the subject "Partial Data Deletion Request".

What gets deleted

• Profile information (name, avatar, preferences)
• Children profiles and related data
• Routines, schedules, mood logs, sensory logs
• AAC boards, custom pictograms, social stories
• Forum posts, comments, messages
• Uploaded files and images
• Authentication credentials

What may be retained

For legal, security, and fraud-prevention purposes, we may retain a minimal subset of data for up to 90 days:

• Billing and transaction records (legal requirement)
• Anonymized analytics that cannot be traced back to you
• Backups, which are automatically purged on rotation
