By accessing and using AutismDock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. These terms apply to all platform users, including parents, professionals, educators, and individuals.
2. Service Description
AutismDock is a digital platform designed to support individuals with autism, their families, and professionals. It offers tools such as visual routines, AAC communication boards, sensory logs, therapeutic intervention guides, educational games, an AI assistant, care portal, support circle, and training resources. The service is available in free and premium (€3.99/month) tiers.
3. Registration and Accounts
To access the full features of AutismDock, you must create an account providing truthful and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Premium Subscription
AutismDock offers a premium subscription at €3.99/month that includes access to advanced features such as the care portal, specialized training, interactive activities, and premium therapies. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use AutismDock responsibly and legally. It is prohibited to: use the service for illegal purposes; share offensive, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights; attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts or systems; use the platform for medical diagnoses without qualified professional supervision; resell or redistribute platform content without authorization.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to AutismDock. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process such content for the purpose of providing the service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
AutismDock is a support tool and does not replace professional medical, therapeutic, or educational advice. Intervention guides, therapeutic activities, and recommendations provided are for informational and educational purposes. We are not responsible for decisions made solely based on information provided by the platform. Always consult with qualified professionals for medical or therapeutic decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
All AutismDock content, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of AutismDock or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to AutismDock at any time if you violate these terms or if we determine that your use is harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time from profile settings.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
